Development Manager at Bizland · Táchira, Venezuela
Computer engineer with 15+ years building fintech, lending and blockchain platforms. Architecture, teams and production-ready financial software. Today I also guide AI adoption in development teams.

Computer engineer from UNET. In 2009 I founded Feedback, a software consultancy in Venezuela, and since then I've worked in digital banking, blockchain and B2B credit.
I focus on what makes a financial system reliable: serverless architecture, infrastructure as code, automated deployments, security and observability. I've led teams of up to 20 people.
I coordinate several development teams, backend and frontend, on B2B lending projects. I keep technical consistency, quality and security in check, and work closely with product, operations and the business. I guide the adoption of AI tools across the teams.
I led the technology strategy of a B2B fintech platform: serverless architecture on AWS, security and access policies, and CI/CD for automated deployments.
Core of a Proof of Authority blockchain network: block processing, serverless services on AWS and a JavaScript-based smart contract system.
As CTO I led the transactional core and the microservices architecture (Java Spring Boot, PHP, Node.js), from MVP to production. Later, as VP of Development, I strengthened the engineering process.
I defined the architecture, stack and team practices, and guided the product from its early stages. All in PHP.
Software consultancy in Venezuela: invoicing, reservations, inventory and business management systems in .NET, PHP and cloud.
AI pays off when it's adopted with judgment, not just installed. As Development Manager at Bizland I guide teams through that adoption: I bring my experience to help define the path, point them toward the right training, encourage workshops, and support them with security guidelines and working methods.
I use Claude Code and Kiro in my own work, so I speak from practice. I'm not only after faster delivery, but better results, higher performance and teams on an up-to-date stack.
